If ValleyRides cancels a departure, you can move to another date or take a refund of the amount you have paid for that departure.
If you cancel 30 days or more before the start date, we refund the trek amount minus a small processing fee that we will state in the confirmation.
Between 15 and 29 days, half of the trek amount is retained. Inside 14 days, the departure is treated as non-refundable because the stay, rations and guide are already committed.
A date change, when we have seats, is usually possible up to 15 days before the start. Write to us rather than assuming the seat has moved.
